One Design performance clinic. Open to all.

Flying Scot invitational regatta at Keowee sailing Club

For this fun event, dress in your favorite pirate attire, not necessarily armed with cutlass or flintlock pistol, but do fly your flags of color. Best photos will be awarded prizes! Cast off the docks at High Noon for a sail across the lake on a beam reach, catch the boats ahead and go through a series of tacks and jibes as you encroach your fellow sailors. Then let the fun begin and deploy your arsenal. From water pistols, buckets and yes, water cannons, be sure to take aim at your comrades. We‘ll practice our claims to piracy on Lake Murray. Return to the docks to count your casualties or proclaim your booty. This will be a super fun event, so start your planning and BE THERE! Ahhhhrrrr

One Design Fleet Challenge. Open to Flying Scots, MC Scows, and any one design vessel able to field 5 boats for the series.

Mexican Night- A nod to Cinco de Mayo at the club from 5:30pm-8:00pm. Bring a Mexican dish or dessert to share and BYOB. If you have a sombrero, wear that too. Bring your family and friends.
